A cozy fire "awaits in the lobby" of this "centrally located" hotel that's "close enough to walk to Temple Square", but "comfortable" enough to stay put; "spacious" rooms have beds with an "abundance" of "fluffy pillows" and the "friendly" staff offers assistance, but detail-oriented detractors are "disappointed" by "rough towels", "cold drafts", in-room facilities that "need repair" and "food trays" left too long "outside the rooms."

Large screen TV, wonderful bed, big room.
Charge for internet, noisy room next door.
I was not impressed with the outside, but the lobby is beautiful and the rooms are even nicer. Very large room, large bathroom and extremely comfortable bed. Nice desk and chair. The cheaper the hotel the more likely you are to get free internet. I think the hotels should just offer to business traveler - period. ...read more

The room was very comfortable, exceptional bed, comforters and the pillows were wonderful.
This motel was warm, friendly and a great place to stay. The remodeling is wonderful.

This hotel has been remodeled to excellence. Nothing too fancy, however it is clean, nice, and new.

They have the best beds I have slept on in a hotel.
The shower did not have any pressure.
I thought the overall experience was good, I do not think that it was a 4 star hotel. The bathrooms were not very up to date. And they were very stingy with towels. The best part was the beds they were the best that I have ever slept on other than my own at home. ...read more
